Questions hosts actually ask

Does Coho work with Airbnb, VRBO, and direct bookings?+

Yes — Coho works with any booking platform. You paste your reservation confirmation into Coho and it fills in the details automatically. No API integrations or platform connections required.

Do guests know they're talking to an AI?+

Not by default. Coho replies as your co-host. If a guest directly asks whether they're talking to a human or AI, Coho will be honest. You can also customise the tone and voice in your property settings.

What happens if Coho isn't sure how to reply?+

Low-confidence replies — like late checkout requests or complaints — are flagged amber in your dashboard and queued for your approval. You can approve, edit, or replace the reply before it goes out.

Can I have more than one property?+

Yes. The Solo plan covers 1 property. The Portfolio plan covers unlimited properties, all with separate knowledge bases, host notes, and guest portals.

Is my guest data safe?+

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade infrastructure. We never sell your data. Guest data is processed only to provide the Coho service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — cancel anytime from your Account page. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

What's the 14-day trial?+

Full access to all features on your chosen plan. A credit card is required to start — you won't be charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

Does Coho work as a mobile app?+

Yes — Coho is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iPhone, open getcoho.app in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android, Chrome will prompt you automatically. It launches full-screen like a native app, with no App Store download needed. A native iOS and Android app is in development.
