Coho is an AI-assisted guest communication tool for vacation rental hosts. It helps you draft, review, and send replies to guest messages through a dedicated guest portal. Coho does not integrate directly with any booking platforms — all bookings are entered manually by you.
You agree not to use Coho to:
Coho uses AI to generate suggested replies on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any message sent to your guests. Coho makes no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or complete. Always review auto-sent replies in your dashboard.
You are the data controller for any guest information you enter into Coho. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate basis to store and process guest data, and for complying with any applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
Coho offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, errors, or service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Coho platform, branding, and code are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you create (property details, host notes, custom messages). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Coho after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
